Mediterranean-style diet plus Coenzyme Q10 supplement decreases inflammation

Systemic inflammation is a major contributor to age-related dysfunction. Previous research has hinted that a Mediterranean-style died may be capable of lowering systemic inflammation (in addition to helping you drop weight and lowering your risk of metabolic disease).
